This golden brown hand-tossed style crust with a lightly floured bottom that would make any New-Yorker envious. Available in all sizes.
Crispy
This crust is really thin and crunchy with buttery garlic and
Italian spice bottom. Available in the sizes of small 10", med 12" and 14" only.
Chicago Style Deep Dish
Our Chicago-style pizza has a buttery crust up to two inches tall at the edge. On this crust we add the cheese first, the toppings of your choice and then our steaming hot chunky spaghetti sauce, topping it off with graded Parmesan cheese. Available in our 12" medium only.
Sheet Pizza
One Big Pie! Our sheet pizza is light and fluffy, just thin enough to fold, but not so thick you can't hold. Cut in to 16 4 inch x 4 inch pieces.

Deluxe- The tantalizing Deluxe Pizza features one of our most popular topping combination's. With all the traditional favorites - including Pepperoni, Mushrooms, Sausage, Green Peppers, Onions, Green Olives and Mild Banana Peppers - you'll want it all for yourself!
Chicago Melt- A pizza loaded down with generous amounts of our own recipe of thin sliced pepperoni, sausage and smothered in a blend of 100% cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
Buffalo Chicken- Mild wing sauce, instead of pizza sauce, our cheese blend, topped with diced fajita chicken and chopped celery.
BBQ Chicken- With the sensational BBQ Chicken Pizza, you can enjoy a backyard barbecue any time of the year! We've smothered it with diced boneless breaded chicken pieces, sweet Pineapple and a savory BBQ Sauce (instead of Pizza Sauce!) for a taste that's fresh off the grill.

Taco- Ah, muy delicioso! Our Taco Pizza combines authentic Mexican flavor with an East of Chicago crust. Spoonfuls of chunky Salsa and spicy taco-style Beef topped with crisp Lettuce, Tomato, Onions, Black Olives, Sour Cream and shredded Cheddar Cheese. Not a fan of beef, then try it with our grilled fajita chicken instead. What more can we say but olé!
7 Layer Garden Veggie- Our 7 Layer Garden Veggie Pizza is a farmer's market favorite. Blanketed layers of Mushrooms, Onions, fresh diced Tomato, fresh Green Peppers, Mild Banana Peppers, Green Olives and Black Olives, it's a pure vegetarian delight. Cherry Streusel- I cannot tell a lie, this is an awesome pizza. It's loaded with a sweet and tart cherry filling with a crunchy topping made of Brown Sugar, Oats, Cinnamon and Butter, it's a sweet treat you may want to just keep for yourself.
The Brownie Pizza- Simply put, it's a super sized brownie baked fresh on top of our fresh pan pizza crust. But wait it gets even better! We then smother the brownie in a rich creamy chocolate icing and then drizzle it with vanilla icing. It is chocolate indulgence at its best!

Our meaty Wings are available with or without the bones. The regular wings are naked and the boneless come dipped in a light crunchy batter. Served hot straight from smothered in sauce. All wings are oven baked in our 500 degree ovens, though they come out tasting deep fried.
Choose from Sweet Baby Rays BBQ, Mild Texas Pete Buffalo, Texas Pete Hot, XXtra Hot, Garlic Butter or Honey Mustard sauce. Sides of Ranch or Blue Cheese are available. Wings come in servings of 5, 10, 20 or 50 pieces.
Oven Baked Subs
Italian- Relying on an authentic recipe from the old country, we've created an Italian Sub like no other. Thick and juicy Ham, Salami and Pepperoni. Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato and Onions. All covered with the zestiest Italian Dressing imaginable.

Garden Veggie- With the Garden Vegetable Specialty Sub, remembering to eat your vegetables is a snap. Packed full of a variety of veggies, fruits and a fungi - including Mushrooms, Onions, Tomato, Green Peppers, Green and Black Olives, and Mild Banana Peppers. Add in more veggie if you like we often have - broccoli, fresh mushroom, shredded carrot, fresh spinach, jalapenos and black beans. This sub is anything but just rabbit food.

Lettuce, Oven Baked Fajita Chicken smothered in Asian Sesame Dressing, Green Peppers,Mandarin Oranges and Crispy Romaine Noodles. For an extra kick, ask for a side of our Cucumber Wasabi dressing.
Chef Salad- Always popular, our Chef Salad combines slices of Pepperoni and Ham with shredded Cheddar and Mozzarella Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato, and Green Peppers.

It is our version of a fold over. Try with double stuffed pepperoni, a Meaty with pepperoni & sausage or choose you two favorite toppings. Comes smothered in our garlic butter sauce, grated Parmesan cheese and with a side of pizza sauce for dipping.
Loaded Nachos-
Tortilla Chips layered with Sour Cream, Nacho Cheese and Taco Meat. Topped with Lettuce, Tomato, Onions, Black Olives & Jalapeno Peppers with a cup of salsa on the side.
